Dr. Renkuntla’s hard-working and focused nature has led him to become the award-winning dentist he is today. Ever since he can remember, he’s enjoyed reading up on health sciences, particularly dentistry. He was fascinated by the way oral health could influence the rest of the human body.
Dr. Renkuntla’s journey began in India, where he completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery before coming to the United States. Once he arrived here, he worked as a dental assistant and volunteered at Crossing Church Community Clinic until he went back to college in Oklahoma. There, he accomplished his life-long dream of earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Even though he was officially a dentist, Dr. Renkuntla continued to volunteer at that very same clinic until 2015. That’s how dedicated he is to helping his community! Nowadays, he’s a proud member of professional organizations like the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association. He’s also a Reserves member in The Army National Guard, taking great pride in his commitment to our country.
With almost two full decades of dentistry experience under his belt, Dr. Renkuntla’s passion for helping patients maintain a healthy, beautiful smile has only gotten stronger. He always goes the extra mile to provide exceptional, state-of-the-art, personalized dental care unlike anywhere else.
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Renkuntla enjoys spending quality time with his lovely wife and young son. They have another child on the way as well, meaning his family is only getting bigger!
In his downtime, you can find him playing games and watching professional basketball with his son. Together, they cheer on the Oklahoma City Thunder!
